I think we all wish winning football games was as easy as that. Unfortunately, there are a number of intangible factors (not least the derby atmosphere) that your starting lineup simply cannot account for.

Personally think he's wasted as a starter in this league. Hoillett running at tired legs in the last 20 minutes should be pretty much par for the course from now on.
