5 October 2014 ground hog day

That was the game last season when we could all see how the season was going to end and the trigger should have been pulled when we were still in the mix and had something to play for but the club made wrong decision and backed Redknapp

Fulham is the game which should see Ramsey out and ensure we don't make the same mistake twice. Not because it was Fulham, you can put any teams name on that result, but because the effort or lack of it, disorganisation and lack of a plan/strategy has been evident in every game this season and hand on heart i don't see any improvements as the games and minutes tick by there are no green shoots to cling to

It's been a nice experiment getting a young man in but its failed and won't get any better its clear as day. Time for an experienced man to take over.

We have certainly learned in the transfer market but signing players etc is the fun part of running a football club the hard decisions are not just sacking managers but doing it at the right time when you still have something to play for and that time is now

Ramsey is a nice guy don't think anyone can dislike him based on personality and honesty but as a manager he's stinking the place out and before things turn nasty and they will its time to go

    Agree totally westie

We have bought some decent players over the summer all we need now is a manager who knows his onions.

    Ramsey unfortunately isn't that man.

I know they haven't shown it consistently since they came but players like Luongo and Chery could be fantastic assets for us if used wisely but my fear is we will either kill them confidence wise or sell them to a team that goes up from the Championship this year.

TF, get rid of Ramsey now and offer Pearson the job, for all our sakes.

Pearson might be to expensive for Ferdinands plans we know he has influence over Fernades it seems Ferdinands philosophy is a cheap manager can manage and influence expensive players can that that happen ?

There has been lack of sound bites coming out club since Friday when usually after a game were drowned in them especially ones of stay positive etc . Wonder if talks are going on

Good question webs as the guy clearly has attributes and I thought myself is their way of keeping him in some capacity but its some step down some times clean break is best or very least step back from first team affairs

He won't.......posted yesterday, imo this is another reason we shouldn't have given him the top job.
Not only will we lose a manager but a good youth coach too, ....mind you he ain't gone yet and don't think he will
                be got rid of....

                    Good post Westie, agree totally.

Picking up on another couple of points.

Chery/ Luongo - yes both have great potential but they seem to be getting worse not better? Is that the coaching/ morale?

Keeping Ramsey as coach? Nice idea but would never work. New manager would want his own people. Ramsey would have been humiliated and would not be motivated. Its a shame as clearly his record at Spurs of bringing young players through is brilliant (if it was down to him) but we should have left him in that role in the first place rather than promoting him above his level. Now sadly it is too late. A shame as I would like to be able to promote through the ranks and it would also be good to have a successful black manager. But ultimately we have to be ruthless in the interests of QPR.

Maybe if we hadn't "got rid" of Redknapp (or he'd stayed?), maybe we'd have stayed up. We're always changing managers...

Well done you're in the final 3 for worst post of 2015
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!
