Got 4 tickets online. Terracing for us. Very smooth........a bit too smooth and easy!!

Want 3, 2 in the seats for Dad & brother + 1 in terrace for me, online you can't mix & match so would have to place 2 orders and pay £7 in booking fees. So I called the box office, it rang for ages which I don't mind as I understand a fair few people will be doing the same, but in the end the automated voice said something like "we are experience a high volume of calls, please call back later" and just cut me off. Useless ba$tards.

Ended up just placing 2 seperate online orders and swallowing the double booking fee. Shower of $hit really though.

Yea online is a great way of doing it, always do mine online. Just a pain in the ar$e today that you can't seem to order a mixture of seating & standing on one booking. Oh well, chuffed I got mine.

Yea well worth doing. If I worked closer I would likely pop in myself. Our box office are real $hit in my experience though, I wanted 8 for the Fulham game and I know online it limits you to 6 so I called them up & first question I asked was can you do 8 on a single booking and they confirmed. Anyway, came to it 5 mins later they told me could only do 6 in a transaction so, again, got charged 2 x £3.50 booking fees for that 1 order via the phone! Moan over - I am happy I have my Brentford ticket
