At the VERY least, it looks like we've identified a few much needed CB options.

Davies would be the pick of the bunch but I also think Collins would be a great option to have. Like to idea of either alongside The Cheif.

I'm going to assume that we still need to sell to make funds before we can buy though?

If say we bid around 2mil for davies plus he's wages then why didn't we just keep caulker? Before anyone says he wanted to leave he never. Saw interview he gave saying he's happy to stay with us and settle down and get us promoted again. Strange decision by the club .

I doubt Curtis is on 45k a WK but like you say with the fee it won't be far off. Caulker would of been good for us this year in this league
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Agree. I think Caulker couldve been immense in the Championship, but more importantly, would've grown in confidence with some easier matches and would've developed a strong understanding and partnership with Onouha. Then if we'd got back up, would be a much better understanding as a pair back in the prem.

That said, he came in for a big fee when in the prem, so no doubt is on big prem wages too, hence may have had to offload, in which case a loan probabaly the best option.
