My man of the match today (I know he wont get it when you have two team mates who both score a brace) but after a lot of stick he came out with confidence, always looking to get forward and made lots of intelligent passes.

What has he got that Kpekawa doesn't offer?

Like Kpekawa but I guess Konks also has experience and assurance.

And Kpekawa has youth!..... Obviously not a recipe for success, but 'IF' he can step up (and he's shown signs) he could be a massive part of our future and what CR/LF are trying to build. Now either start him or he be eased in, but imho he needs to play a big part in this season.

Apart from the 6 -8 times he carelessly gave the ball away I must have been watching a different game as I thought he was average at best.

Played very well at Wolves too IMO. He's still settling in to the system and new players dont forget.

He did make a few poor passes (so did Ale) but he also played some very decent ones. Looked sharp and energetic. If he carries on like that then great. Perch, however, needs to up his game.

As ever,I agree with you J.The player I'm having a problem is Perchy. He cost us a goal against Wolves and very fortunate not to do the same against Rotherham.I think he's playing out of position and not a natural full back.
