  • How were Harry Redknapp and Mark Hughes so rubbish at LR but........

Harry was very good at Spurs and Hughes is doing wonders at Stoke??.......Is it us do you think?

Our daft fault for letting them sign a #### bunch of wasters for a zillion dollars.

Obviously Levy at Spurs and whomever at Stoke are a bit tighter with the purse-strings, thus not saddling their side with overpaid lemons.

Nothing to do with US as such but for whatever reasons they both failed me miserably.

They both bought tons of players with nothing really left to prove footballing wise and player after player saw it as a good easy payday for little effort. In any line of work if you have people going around not giving two monkeys for either the company they work for or their work colleagues then before long others follow suit to see what they can get away with, that then is up to the management to pull everyone into line and get them all working as a team. But for far too long players have been able to get away with virtually doing what they want at Rangers.

Both did exactly what Tony Fernandes wanted them to try to do buy a premier league team in double quick time , where in reality a club has to have a foundation in place 1st , more of the blame lies at T Fs door being far to quick to sack Warnock 4 years later we are back at the time Warnock was sacked .No good blaming Hughs or Redknapp they were out of work and asked to come in by T F and couldn't buy a premier league squad quick enough without the mercenaries turning up

Same can be said of 90% of the players we buy. Class everywhere else. Come to us and turn into Anton Ferdinand overnight. Something seriously wrong at the club. Would love to know what it is

Redknapp has always been a fraud, that Spurs side he had could've done better under a different manager. They had some top [players, especially van der Vaart & Modric, who's genuinely world class.

Hughes is a good manager but our whole setup is rotten - our coaching, scouting, admin & general organisation is still in the dark ages. Hughes is as good as any current British manager but can't change the whole club and he also isn't the best in the transfer market and needed someone to veto signings like Johnson and Zamora. Under him we were 1 or 2 decent signings away from establishing ourselves imo.

How can you say that about Hughes's side when we went what was it, 19 games without even winning let alone establishing ourselves.

Think might face a change of fortunes this season as after decent year last year more or less with Pulis' players this season he has kind of deployed his QPR tactic of signing loads of players from big clubs so let's see how the land settles

                          Cos Qpr are a joke
                          Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                          And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Look at teams like Swansea, Southampton even Palace now. All have great squads and will all be fighting for a top 10 finish in the Prem. Thats where we should be. All the money we had and we blew it, all because of Tony Fernandes wanting instant success. He's ruined us.
