to be fair most CBs peak around their early 30s as they're more experienced and can read the game better. I assume Perch will be our RB, he's not the sharpest tool in the box so if he starts losing his athleticism his game will suffer a lot. I agree that talent is more important than age but let's be honest Perch has never shone at any level.

An uninspiring signing but could be a solid, dependable cog in the machine. So welcome to QPR and I wish him all the best.

Would be happy with solid and dependable rather than wayward and useless......

Just watched his interview and thought he came across pretty well. Says he will play wherever he is asked to but CR has told him RB is where he wants him. A good, solid signing and exactly what you need in this division

Better to have Perch at RB than risk Furlong there. furlong can provide cover and get in a few games here and there to gain useful experience.

Haha true, with maybe Fer and Sandro drilling some of their well known power shots at him in training. Think that should do the trick..
