Also surely we have to give the likes of Doughty, Sutherland, Comley a chance after all the talk of new era for QPR where the youth actually feel like they have a shot of making it. Bad move i reckon.

Why not sign a striker on case austin leaves.

As someone above has said, we have 3 bloody cbs. I think that should be the priority right now, along with a keeper

I don't suggest buying 3 more Cms to cover the 3 injury prospects, but 1 more should suffice. Don't forget Diakite is a cert for st least 1 red card and 1 ban for too many yellows.
i agree with getting another striker but think 1 should be signed anyway whether Austin stays or goes (2 if the latter).
I was the one who pointed out that we need 1 more CB.
So my shopping list is now
1 GK , 1 RB, 1 CB, 1 or 2 S a CM could be useful, definitely if Fer leaves.

Mental aint it, we got three pages of people sla gging him off cos hes a midfielder and sla gging the club off for wanting him cos we have got fer and sandro (who wont be here), and watford are going mad cos we are getting him cos hes so good. ##############

I think it's more of a case of being concerned that we might be heading into a season with a massively unbalanced squad for the 3rd season running. At the moment we have an embarrassment of riches in the midfield and we don't have a enough defenders to name a match day squad.

Personally I think we'll get it sorted before deadline day but we've been here before haven't we?

Can't work out if that is sarcasm or not Kev. If Les manages to get 3 or 4 defenders and a replacement for McCarthy in before the start of the season then I think he's done an awesome job this transfer window!
