Ba ford has more chance of a game at Chelsea because he's a Chelsea player. Chelsea won't sign Austin because he's not good enough to play for them.

Bamford will never play for Chelsea first team, and Austin is light years ahead of bamford. given the predicament with championship football I'd take bambi,I said Walcott looked weak and was wrong there.bakes has got a point he just looks like one decent tackle would finish him off but his goalscoring record looks good.. just hope there ain't a van and bakes out there next season if he signs for us coz feel he's doable..

Agree with van. Banford look v lightweight and a strong gust of wind would tend to win the battle. I did watch him when injured but he pranced around like billy Elliot. He doesn't have great pace so a no from me!

Me too but it seems that QPR have no interest in him.

Don't like loan signings either. He's 21 and if he was good he'd be in the frame at Chelsea like Loftus-Cheek who is quality. He's not.

Impossible to compare, Chelsea play 1 up front whereas Loftus-Cheek can slot into any one of the 5 midfield positions. Would take Bamford all day long, Sessignon + cash for Phillips yes please!

No youth players ever come through at Chelsea or under Mourinho. None! They players they've got out on loan could probably form a side and push for promotion in the Championship...

And despite all the hype I doubt Loftus Cheek will break through this season.

Looks and relative lack of pace don't matter if your sole job is finding the back of the net. There have been some class lightweight strikers over the years.

Bamford has done this on a regular basis. As regards the comparison with Chaz, would Bamford have performed as well in a dysfunctional side? I'm not so sure. Dunno what his goals / game ratio was last term for the sheep fvckers.

Sessegnon - good player but can't help thinking there must be some attitude issue there for WBA not to play him as regularly as he had been playing.

Bamford - natural goalscorer. Would prefer on a permanent but there is no chance as he's being looked at by PL teams.
