Wouldd be a top signing and one I reckon we are after and could realistically pull off imo. Would shut up a few of the posters on here who reckon we won't bring in any type of pedigree signing.

As said before we will bring in 4 or 5 very decent players. We have been competitive at this level the whole time tf been in charge.

Good thing about lambert to is that he's a free kick specialist and excellent penalty taker. We haven't had one of the, for a few seasons.

I know he's 33, but on the right deal would be a good signing. Can't see him taking a wage drop significant enough for us though.

Like i said on another threath, that i think that Liverpool could use him as part of the deal to take Benteke to Liverpool. Could be a real asset to us in a Championship and would get 20 goals at least. He shoots penalties and saw him take few nice freekicks too and great headers
