No just get one that is better than championship standard to score loads of goals and get us straight back up and then bench him would be great though.

Not saying build a team around him, Im saying sign a proven premiership goal scorer for a reported £2.5m!! Im not asking him to cover X amount of miles on the pitch, Im asking him to put the ball in the back of the net!!
        SIR LESLIE FERDINAND!!

Lambert would be a top signing and the boy appreciates his his football as success came to him later on in life.

We can't just coat off every 30 plus player be aide of past mistakes. Don't get me wrong the balance needs to be addressed massively and the club should take a 1 year deal policy on certain players of a certain age.

But lambert for 2.5 mill could be great business. Would love to have someone at the club who's a free kick specialist. Haven't had someone like that for a very long time. Lambert and gaylemwould tear up the championship.

The mentality of some people on here is scary. Obviously now it means if we bring in one or two over 30's the rebuild is a joke and not focused on the future.
Our recruitment should be based on desire, professionalism, quality and also with a short, medium and long term plan.

Lambert could easily be part of a short term solution where some of the kids we bring in will be medium- long term.

Le Fondre or Kenwynne Jones at Cardiff both available. Bother could probably do a job for you boys and both good championship goal scorers

Le Fondre is a very good Championship striker. Kenwyne Jones on the other hand.....do me a favour........would rather see Ken Barlow up front !
