It seems half the people on here want "experienced, proven managers/coaches" and the other half want "young, inexperienced managers/coaches".
The problem is both options have succeeded and failed in the past, there is no ideal way to go apart from giving someone a job and seeing how it goes.Comment

We won't know for a while if this is the right appointment, there will be no quick fix with the Academy/Youth teams. Suppose we will see in the next 4/5 years what players we produce. If he can last that long.C'Mon You Supaaaa!!Comment
