Everyone is entitled to feel how they feel, therefore respect those that wanted to carry on a tradition. Yes I could waste a bit of time trawling around to find you examples, but I think you know that I am correct.
I took the following from another fans forum (not mentioning whose forum, as they don't need the publicity).

I respect that fact, that yourself & a few others find it pointless after being relegated, but obviously, based on the amount who invaded the pitch, there are others that want to continue this tradition.

Me too Ginge. I used to do it as a kid, in fact I used to love the last 10 mins of the game where everyone would be singing "on the pitch" and the tannoy would be announcing "Could everyone please stay off the pitch" and then as soon as the whistle went for full time there was a mad scramble to get on the pitch, trying to swerve the steward who hardly made any attempt to stop you and then a mad dash across the pitch. Bit too old for it now.

Posted this on another thread. No chance of an adult for £17 a game if its £20 or £25 think thats fair but £17 is not realistic
