I think a new chairman is clearly being wanted more and more, and I will hazard a guess that resignation will indeed become a natural, generally expected (among fans and his fellow-directors) and the only feasible thing for TF to do once our relegation is confirmed, especially if the OOC project still stalls. He has almost reached the end of the line and only a swift miracle can save his position.

That is in itself a question that fans of Fernandes need to be asking.

In your eyes, many many other fans still back him and will do after everything he has done. Yes mistakes have been made but trying to edge him out could be the biggest.

I don't think TF will walk away for a while tbh. From next season there's going to be a crazy amount of money in English football and the value of land in London is always going to rise. He's going to see the value of his investment increase. Even if we spend 5 years+ in the Championship it's likely that we'll be back in the Prem sooner or later, and that's the carrot that will keep Tony here.

            I agree in part.
My concern is every new TV deal is hailed as so much more lucrative than the one that preceded it.
The idea that if we just get into the premiership all will be rosy, just appears similar to only fools and horses when Del says next year Rodders....
We have been in the premiership 2 times under TF and a year with parachute payments but our debt has simply spiralled out of control rather than healthy bank balance due to increasingly massive TV deals. We have had to wipe off losses instead of them being paid off by TV money. We also have a team that on the whole isn't much better than the team that first got us up.
The part I agree with is the proposed property developments which if comes good could potentially be very profitable. The concern is however the club is run so badly that now all our hopes appear to hinge on a yet finalised development to take off, the club had previously had a small debt that wouldn't have had to rely so heavily on a redevelopment for its survival.
I thought going to the premiership was meant to make us stable
