For me have not enjoyed last two years at all. However in the spirit of the post:

    Positives:

helped club get rid of many of the mercenaries although perhaps the much maligned Phil Beard was more in control of that.
brought in some decent players and some, as others have said, came partly due to him.
play off final although more grateful to Bobby!
    Legendary tea slurping.

    Negatives:

Actually made us worse after he joined and got us relegated with barely a whimper.
    Absolutely dire football at times.
As well as some good players coming in also some shockers. His striker signings last January for instance borderline ridiculous.
    Sometimes weird team selections.
Team has looked poorly set up more often than not and has struggled to change matches when needed.
    Always someone else's fault.
Record breakingly bad away form this season.
Refused to play youngsters, even in Championship.
Man management looked poor. Players unmotivated at times, bereft of confidence, questionable fitness.
Players played out of position too often.

      Positives- WEMBERLEE!
Negatives- I just think Harry has got old, and his heart wasn't in it any more, he looked fed up and tired all the time and the players picked up on it. NOT the manager for a relegation dog-fight!

Brought in good young players, Wembley, the players that left where all paid off so he didn't have to do too much to get rid of them.

Saw us as a small club so set us up to play negative football, I wish he had gone before the window closed, selling Mutch without giving him a chance, Hitchcock, Elmer, Doughty, Donaldson, Andrade and Harriman all seen there careers go backwards, bringing in loan players when these kids should have been given a go( Doughty for Carrol anyone, Hitchcock for Keane, Harriman for Hughes, Andrade for Miaga or however you spell his name, Elmer for Oyugu, the list goes on, a waste of the loan system!

Let's hope CR can build on the things he did get right and correct the many mistakes.

Thank you for Wembley and the scum away!
        Kept the faith!

Positives were he cleared out a lot of the crap and actually brought some good players.

Negatives were he made the job 10x harder than it needed to be with poor tactical and manergerial decisions. I love Harry always rated him just think the fire burnt out a long time ago because some of his decision making just came across as lazy and disinterested.

Great servant and character to the game and he got us back up so always grateful for that! In some ways him resigning now imo has done is a massive favour as o believe we will now be ok as well!!

Sandro and Mutch at 16 mill between them this year is a massive negative for me to!! If we had spent that money more wisely then again we would be in a stronger position.

Harry was more entertaining than Hughes in pressers.

Harry became more predictable than Hughes in pressers.

                It'll always be 'difficult'.

                So long Harry!

                  "Trific bloke", "fantastic lad"

He became clichéd and predictable as did his tactics.

It was time for him to go (actually should have gone in December) but how exciting to have a young vibrant coach in charge!!!

Thanks for Wembley Harry and enjoy your retirement

                    positive:
got us promoted at the first time of asking, which is a genuinely difficult thing to do (very few teams manage it... look where, say, wigan are now).
                    um...

                    negative:
very hit and miss on recruitment - lots of players recruited (allegedly on big money) and either didn't perform or didn't even play (benayoun etc).
recruitment never seemed to focus on areas where we were weak (how many no 10s do we need?)
i got the impression he always wanted new signings rather than getting players confidence back up (look at the turnaround in phillips' form since his departure)
                    largely clueless away from home.
                    players' fitness wasn't good enough.
never seemed to take responsibility and never appeared to really believe in the team.
unable to effectively organise the team defensively

i honestly felt red chap should have stood aside after the playoff final regardless of whether we won or lost it, it was obvious that his transfer strategy (this well paid old boys club of "right sorts") was not a sustainable situation and the football was functional at best. the club needs to start at least breaking even on its transfer dealings.

Negatives: Couldn't manage his team, didn't seem up for it anymore, players seemed uninspired by him.
                        True.
Positives - 24th May, signing Austin, - Caulker, Fer and Phillips Yun may also all turn out to be good signings.

Negatives also include discarding players too easily - Phillips almost went, Mutch was sold without really being given a chance. Signing Sandro doesn't look like being money well spent. For me playing boring football is one of the biggest negatives especially given that his teams at West Ham and Spurs often played attacking entertaining games.

I couldn't agree more on this. the 1st part is spot on and is just what I said to a colleague of mine on a few occasions this season about the away losses.
I also said along with others, that he could have played many youngsters last season in the Championship rather than play all those loanees, especially Carroll, Maiga, Keane and Hughes.

Positives - Charlie Austin and Wembley.

Negatives - The constant Bullsh1t, the excuses, the negative football, not playing players in their actual position, not introducing any youth and hanging his dirty laundry in public.
