That fine is by far a foregone conclusion.Originally posted by Rangersw12 View PostTell that to the Football league when then fine us for FFP
A) We'd need to be relegated.
B) The FL ruling is far from being legally water-tight and QPR FC know that and will challenge it, together with all the other affected clubs who know it full well too.

Exactly we would more than challenge it, if it came to it.Originally posted by Stanley View PostThat fine is by far a foregone conclusion.

Im not even sure it would be feasible that they punish us? - The FFP rules came in after we spent all the money on wages etc AND got relegated... It would hardly be fair.

Still would be better to have an ever present Chairman who can devote all his time to the running of the football club as his only business. That and a football savvy CEO and we will really be getting somewhere.Originally posted by West London is Rss View PostI think his already passed the reins over to Les...

That's the CEO's job though isn't it? No point having one if the chairman is running the show daily.Originally posted by vblockranger View PostStill would be better to have an ever present Chairman who can devote all his time to the running of the football club as his only business. I think this is hard to find at any club... If it were that easy then everyone would be doing it. Most people that purchase football clubs are wealthy businessman who run their business's as their main priority. A football club is nothing but a hobby and interest to them - The owners business's are what pumps the money in!Originally posted by vblockranger View PostStill would be better to have an ever present Chairman who can devote all his time to the running of the football club as his only business. Directors of Football/CEO's/vice-chairman are put in place to take the reins on a day to day basis. There aren't many premier league clubs that have a chairman/owner who run the football club on a day to day basis anymore.

I agree...If the CEO is good enough then no point having a Chairman sticking his nose in and tweeting sh!t. A Chairman doing his job in the background would be a novel idea for our club last few years.Originally posted by Mattyqpr View PostThat's the CEO's job though isn't it?
