mehhh it's just a good excuse for a moan. I'd much rather have an open chairman like Tony. 'The timing' evidentally had no baring on the performance of the team or staff, and why should it have done? CR already said he'd be happy to continue as a coach for the club if he wasn't manager. The tactics would have already been discussed and worked on. He's not exactly going to sabotage the result if he's going to remain at the club.

Technically I was disappointed what he wrote because I think business should be kept behind doors until it's official, hasn't TF stated this in the past? However, the timing was more of an issue.

Yes some posts/members are irritating, but its their opinions; & as long as the insults don't go too OTT, it makes this place a better place.

I noticed nobody mentioned on here that TF offered a fan on twitter a plane ticket to anywhere in the World yesterday; just for being a great fan.

Fraggy, I agree and that is why I'm here and will be here for a long time despite some of the people. You make the point that as long as people don't insult too much its fine, I'm sure you must have read quite a bit of this thread.
For the point about the plane ticket, people don't like the positivity brought by Fernandes to those at the club because they don't like him for whatever reason, when they can't criticise him for one thing, they will criticise another.

I'm with you and Matty and find it funny that West London is Rss called him rude and confrontational when in many threads i see him calling other fans "clowns" etc. :-) Bloke just doesnt like opinions but someone remind him how good Adel is and all of a sudden he is the one getting all confrontational :-) opinions are like arsoles etc....

Oh me oh my, how on earth do people know what discussions TF had with the staff before the tweet? It is possible he did not speak to Ramsey and Co. but highly unlikely. Is TF a God? No. Is he a world class businessman? Possibly. Is he a man who wants the best for his and others investment? Definitely. The man acts like a loon according to some, but I'm happy enough to believe he knows what he is up to...most of the time!

But how can he have conversations with people at the club if we haven't seen it? How is it possible? He is just some man who has money? He doesn't know what he is doing. We would do better than him and I'm sure that - despite the fact that I know literally nothing that happens behind the scenes at the club - he won't have told anyone because he isn't smart enough. He just coasted through life making money and being successful out of pure luck.

I agree with you, it was a silly thing to do, I think the bottom line is, he is a big kid like all of us.

I think the same. He is like a big kid constantly bragging. I just don't think we should bragging at the moment. Every one should have their head down and be working hard. Ramsey is doing a fantastic job. Why not thank him and support him. Rather than big up someone else who isn't even at the club yet.
