How can anyone get so emotional over this. They have only made contact with Sherwood on the possibility. They haven't even interviewed anyone yet so how can anyone be making their demands. Ramsey just said in press conference that it was Les that is holding the interviews...... If it wasnt nailed on already .

As director of football he has to be able to get on with who is appointed as manager/chief coach. I am sure that when it comes down to the terms and conditions of the appointment this will be decided by Tony and the board.
