Perhaps some should start thinking up some choice names for him like they did with Hazzer

Yep you've got it Tony's weakness he likes to run with the Fox and the Hounds that's why he has turned QPR into a music hall joke ( Roll up Roll up here he is west London's all time funny man Mr Tony Fernandes ) .

Yep surely we are in danger of walking/running/free falling into the same mistake that we made with HR and MH lets get it right this time.We have a club with the chance of a bigger new stadium and a bright future so lets get the footballing side right. We need to improve our youth system like Southamton and to get a manager that will be right for many years not sure how many managers we have had over the last few year's but it is a few too many in my books esp for any stability in a club. Hope we get the right man maybe TS is this man but I am not so sure.

I can kind of relate to Tony and some of the advice taken is not always right, sometimes it's best to use your own initiative.

By doing this it's clear and the more control you have yourself when it's time to make changes.

At the end of the day he wouldn't be my choice, however, if you'd given me the choice a week ago of Harry or Sherwood, it would be Sherwood all day long.

At least he will do the basics right, which Harry wouldn't, plus he is driven and a winner o good attributes for a fight. Add to that under performing players won't be able to hide.

If he gets it so be it, he may just surprise people, either way he's still an improvement on what we had.

Some questions for the pro-Sherwood boys:

                            1. Do you have enough faith in him to award him a 3-4 contract?

                            2. How much management experience does he have? Games or years will do.

                            3. In view of the fact he had a worse record at Spurs than AVB, the man he replaced, why do you think the spiv sacked him?

                            4. Just because he's a young manager, and presumably keen and hungry, what makes you think he's the right fit?

                            5. Would you give him at least two years in the job, regardless of results, to get it right?

I'd be interested to know what you think and what your reasoning is.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

The thing is mate what if you asked the same[ish] questions for Hughes and Redknapp 'at the time' they were appointed.

Suppose my point is 'at the time' those 2 were very suited for the job, and that it didn't exactly work out.
                              SIR LESLIE FERDINAND!!

In the meantime a short list of potential 'forever' managers should be drawn up, and interviews take place in the summer, including of Sherwood.
There is no point in giving Sherwood a 2or 3 year contract at this stage, we don't know how he will perform and we have to get this right. If he won't go for a short contract, keep Les as caretaker until the summer and let TS sling his hook.
