Poor old Harry, it has nothing to do with him, it's all the players fault apparently.

He really does have the press eating out the palm of his hand.

While I agree with some of the things Durham wrote about the players, surely it is a two way thing where the manager has to set the team up correctly with the right mindset to play these games. It's not happening.

It's his job to motivate and organise . Neither of which appears to be happening , playing players in their positions might be a start . Ever worked for a company where your boss is an incompetent fool ? I have and it's very frustrating . The players must take some blame but they are redknaps players after all . Adrian Durham and Barton have history and he loves Harry so no wonder he tries to shift blame onto players. Dont disagree with him in that there are too many individual errors but there is a whole lot more wrong at the club than that.
