Poor old Harry, it has nothing to do with him, it's all the players fault apparently.

While I agree with some of the things Durham wrote about the players, surely it is a two way thing where the manager has to set the team up correctly with the right mindset to play these games. It's not happening.

It's his job to motivate and organise . Neither of which appears to be happening , playing players in their positions might be a start . Ever worked for a company where your boss is an incompetent fool ? I have and it's very frustrating . The players must take some blame but they are redknaps players after all .
