Who do you want us to sign mate? We are looking at loans. Imagine the market at the moment. Theres probably about 7 or 8 teams going for the same players. Look at Palace for example if we signed Sanogo and Ameobi imagine the uproar on here. We are obviously trying but theres not much out there that would really improve us unless we start spending money.

This was on another thread and I must be going blind or missing something. The teams in and around us have done virtually the same business as us!

Villa have signed two players, Sinclair being one and if we signed him there would have been uproar due to his record in the last few years. Burnley have made Keane's loan move into a permanent deal, that's it. Palace have signed Mutch, who was slaughtered on here. Ameobi, yeah this forum would have gone into meltdown and Sanago, I don't think anyone is arsed about him either. Hull haven't signed anyone. Leicester have signed an untried striker for £9m and a 42 year old keeper. Sunderland have signed an older, injury prone defender and risked financial ruin on Defoe and WBA have signed McManaman who was deemed no better than what we've got on here by the majority.

So, am I going blind or what?
