We have a board which doesnt view the good of the club as their number one priority imo and hoping they eventually get fed up and walk. Lets just hope they take all the debt they have accumulated through their own mistakes with them.

You have an issue with timing then? As I've asked you earlier, exactly "when" would you commence construction of the training ground?
An academy is not an "if you build it, they will come" scenario.
It is a philosophy first and foremost, and ironically no one knows this better than Harry - old geezas on here will remember Ron Greenwood, whose development of WHU youth in the early 60s played a big part for England under Ramsey.
If anything, the development above all approach is even more relevant to small clubs like ours now. Because that is the only way for them to make things work financially.
You could start this work right now with no new facilities at all. It is about a total understanding of the game and the kids that love playing it, and making that the priority.
