The potential first team that we can produce is easily mid table, injury has hampered that potential unfortunately. He signed 3 players who he isn't really playing and maybe should be: Mutch, Phillips and maybe ferdinand. He doesn't have enough prem standard players, the potential starting eleven aside, he has Rio, Barton, Henry, Hoilett, Kranjcar, Traore, Onuoha, Hill, Zamora, phillips, SWP (sort of). That is it. Of those, who are his signings? Rio, Mutch, Henry, phillips and Kranjcar. That's it. Those are his players outside the starting 11. Who is Actually good enough at this level? Of his players, Rio is handy, Mutch for sure, phillips can be, Kranjcar and henry can be helpful as well. From the others, I would say Onuoha and Zamora would usually be near the starting side. That is not big enough a squad to really challenge.
I agree, the away record is unwanted and maybe there, he has taken and accepted the criticism, but everyone in the league is afraid of coming to loftus road because of how redknapp has the team playing at home. We are not a top 6 team, we are not a top 10 team, we are a team looking to survive and we need those expectations. Simple. You can cloud your failings with attractive football in the way Martinez has done at everton and Wigan. The fact is that they are easy to read in general and that is why they are in danger. We don't need to play the most beautiful football, the last time we actually did that was in the Championship winning season and maybe the 80's.

I would argue Leicester or Burnley don't on paper either, yet they both seem to be performing better than us and have spent probably less than half of what we have spent... You don't seem to have any real substance to your argument Nasser. Injuries is not a reason or an excuse when we have been a lot better off than most teams in the league with injuries.

Rio a good signing? Caulker, while has the potential to do well( the future of England's defence is a bit far fetched however) but 8 million is too much. Why let Danny Simpson go? Why no points away from home, why no youth policy?

Yea leicester who are below us and have been most of the season, only getting some wins in their last few matches, and Burnley who have done the same and haven't scored more than one goal at home this season before last weekend are playing better football than us. Lets look deeper shall we? Burnley have only 1 away win this season, and only 3 home wins two of which were 1 - 0. Their only away win was a 2 - 1 at stoke. But yea, they are certainly so much better than us arent they.
How about leicester you ask? They did have a good match against Man Utd at home, that 5 - 3 capitulation, their only other win at home? Villa last weekend and that was 1 - 0. But maybe it is much better away from home eh? Not really, the won 1 - 0 at stoke... sound familiar? they also managed to beat hull away from home though, 1 - 0 again... But hey, they are so much better than us aren't they.
For your second point, fans make the choice of travelling to support their teams, you are almost never favourite away from home unless you are top four. Yes, I agree, it is poor to have lost every away match but what matters in the end isn't where we get the points, but having the points themselves.

Cannot believe your main argument is based on the potential of our team on paper, which in being unquantifiable cannot be a basis for whether HR stays or goes!! Surely every manager would argue their team would finish mid table if luck had gone their way? (ie injuries, suspensions, late goals etc.)
