    Positives from today

We did create a fair few opportunities

Bobby had header first half and Fer put one just wide plus Fabianski pulledntop save off Isla. There was chance for Vargas he should have squared then the three chances at the end how Barton and Austin never scored I dont know

First hour was some of the best we played all season. Attacked with intent, and pressed hard when without the ball. Felt positive after the Everton loss, and feel similar now. Totally contrasting feeling compared to the Palace game. Played well, terrible to concede, but we move on.

Why do we need a positive spin on throwing away 2 points?

Think losing the two points has p issed us all off. Bad points to lose. Burnley away a very big game now. Players gave their all today. There were no passengers, bar Holliet who proved a poor sub. Think our problem is having to play 442 because Charlie can't play up by himself. And Charlie was poor today, which put pressure on Bob. Fer had his best game for us. He really ought play in the middle next to Barton. Hopefully if we get a midfielder and a pacey striker in we will be OK. Having to play two up is costing us in midfield where, as for their equalizer, we were overun. But Charlie can get goals for us..... Catch 22. Back four immense today. Strongest part of our team.

no real damage done today, as other teams drew as well, apart from Hull. Still same position as this morning. Would have been good to hold on obviously, but that's football. Swings and Roundabouts as always.....no one expected the comeback v WBA.

A gutting way to end the match, but probably a fair result. A great performance from us though, thought we knocked it about better than Swansalona if I'm honest!

I think we all need a little perspective here - we were beating a very good Swansea side for 3/4 of the game, and were only undone by (let's be honest) an absolutely brilliant finish by Bony. We are still only 1 win off of mid table, and many of the sides immediately above us (Everton, Sunderland, Aston Villa) are showing no kind of consistent form whatsoever either, so are unlikely to pull away from us. Burnley's home record is pretty ordinary (only 2 wins all season, and 1 of them was against Southampton in a game they should've lost) so I am actually reasonably confident that we will pick something up there.
