As Kevin rightly stated above, the mad Christmas fixtures should in no way be a guide to what is to come. The Palace non-event of a Christmas derby was no surprise to many albeit an opportunity for the harbingers of doom to predict the end of our season.
I don't like doing these predictions, what will be will be, but no doubt, they will all be tough games because that's the Premier League for you and hopefully some healthy injections of pace and ability will go some way towards earning some more points.#standuptocancer

Should we all just give up now then? I didn't realise that drawing one game had turned Burnley into world beaters? We could easily go up there and win, and take something from Stoke.....Blimey, you are all very confident. On the basis that we couldn't beat Palace we will have to be a hell of a lot better to beat Swansea. So I predict a draw. Then a point either at home to Man U or away to Burnley but would be surprised if we manage to draw both. Can't see us getting anything at Stoke. So two points for me in Jan - not great.Comment

My fear too with those away games. We have shown nothing away from home, I wish I had the belief of othersComment

Although yesterday's rubbish game is fresh in our minds we have actually got ten points from the last seven games. You have to go a long way up the table before you find anyone with a similar haul.Blimey, you are all very confident.
