Maybe if I created a 3 part PR video, tweeted it, went down the uxbridge road handing out flyers about it, or even had a great hashtag like #KeepWestLondonRs you might not think it's bull *****

      Either way time will tell

            No!
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

Cargiant unveils team that will head up Old Oak Common redevelopment which jeopardises chosen site for new QPR stadium

The team which will head up the development of the largest site in Old Oak Common have been unveiled – putting plans for a new QPR stadium in further jeopardy.

Cargiant, the largest private land owner of Old Oak Park in Harlesden, have appointed 10 seperate organisations or companies for the project spanning over 47 acres.

New piece with some interesting stuff on the Car Giant proposed project.

                  http://www.costar.co.uk/en/assets/ne...uary/Cargiant/

Sorry Stan...same time :-) different piece tho

"Cargiant has been proposing a £5bn new town on the site, which at present houses up to 7,000 used cars. The initial plans would include around 9,500 homes and a new high street, two schools – a primary and secondary school - a new dock and a “cultural hub”.

                  Go Car Giant! :-)

Seems like he's changing his tune now as it's the first time he's gone public over wishing to work alongside CG on the project, after the reality hitting that he wasn't going to get it all his way.

Good thought. I guess the club will now negotiate with Cargiant how to work together.

I have to say I think both sides are coming across very desperate with there PR campaigns. If were honest a joint venture is the way forward and would reduce costs for all parties and is a better way of progressing

I don't think either side know if there in the driving seat as the GLR keep backing both bids pus I saw a CG press release this week where they were saying we should not get the land because a stadium will only be used up to 25 days a year (very short sighted of them) and what would QPR staff do the rest of the year when there are no matches this dumbfounded me as firstly what does it have to do with them what QPR do with there staff and they must have missed everything we had previously said about making the stadium an all year round venture

Anyway as said previous everyone will get what they want if I was a betting man
