beg fergie to come in and shake the place down. Offer him some massive figure that he can't refuse!

Would Pulis actually want to come here?

People need to get over Pulis. We will be in same situation as we are now in couple years or years time. Does everyone remember the 'please Harry come and save us' banners. Look at us now. Pulis is the trendy option at the moment because he kept palace up and he's out of work. Stoke fans wanted him out and now they have our ex manager who we all hate doing better than Pulis did with Stoke. Change it up abit and don't go for the 'name', as it certainly hasn't worked for us. We will find ourselves in a circle of short term fixes. Time to buck the trend.

This season is all about survival. Sadly enough we are not in a position to choose, really?

hah, hadn't seen this before my reply in the lowbrow thread. But this is a *perfect* example of what I'm talking about. You're so confused at the fact someone could be critical about the club's current owners while still being a QPR fan that you instantly dismiss it as being pointlessly negative, or same old whinging etc.

Why not look at what people criticising TF actually have to say? Or, better yet, ask yourself how we've put on several hundred million in debt only to find ourselves exactly back where we started albeit with a worse team. And then ask yourself how going for a loudmouthed unemployed English manager for the third time in a row is going to help things, again.

Pulis has FAR more about him than Arry IMO. I knew Arry would end like this, my Spurs mates have been complaining about him for years.. Pulis is one of only a handful of Prem managers who can organise a defence, which is what we need right now. He's not a long term fix but it's preferable to appointing a cowboy who will come for 6 months and leave us in a worse state than we are now...

On youth Front perhaps the kids are their but we just currently don't have a manager interested in them. Harriman is an example two years ago he debuted at Anfield and never looked out of place has had two great loan spells since but this season does not even make the squad although we have no out and out right back which he is.
He didn't improve Spurs whatsoever IMO, they would have finished in exactly the same place if they'd kept AVB - he just made them more random. He was brought in there by Arry and it will be more of the same if he comes here...

Hoddle hasn't managed in years . Sherwood has six months experience. Pulis has plenty of prem league experience. Are people basing their choices on that or discarding the facts?
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

The last part of this is what worries me about Sherwood... think He'll be great for the dressing room, great for bringing some much needed fight amongst the team and he'll definitely be more vocal on the touch line than Harry. But I cant get out of my head that I'll all just fizzle out and come the end of the season we'll be in no better state than we are at the moment, obviously meaning relegation!!

Only one manager in the list has the relevant experience and that's Pulis.

If you prefer a managers perceived 'style' over relegation (and the £50million fine) then you are an idiot.

He has shown he can do a long term job at a club and is one of the very few managers available who can pretty much guarantee Premier League survival.

If you prefer a few Cruyff turns and losing 2-3 every week then that's your prerogative.

People say Pulis plays boring football but a) a team able to compete in this league would be a joy to watch and b) how many teams in the prem actually play attractive football?

Bet we wait too long and someone else snaps him up

But my money's on Harry staying and taking us down.
