        This blind-spot is Redknapp's main shortcoming. Not having the courage to drop his mates when they're clearly struggling and out of form. It'll be his undoing unless he changes. The strongest managers will always pick the players who are in form and never have favourites.

              For me I think the priority is shoring up right back so I would put Nedum their as I think most of out problems and pressure is coming from that side. Block up the right with Nedum at least you know he can defend there , adds so physicality and any left winger knows their in for game

                Some of our fans are as starstruck as our manager. Rio should be dropped IMO.
