Totally baffled by Harry's team selection we play a 5 man midfield with 3 of the laziest midfield players your ever likely to see Kjanjarse,Fer, Hoillett phillips was a waste of time the back four totally inept, started the the game defending 5 yards outside our own box, as for Rob Green, time for a rest! 1st & 3rd goal his fault along with the poor marking, it was like we were star struck watching them play, also what chances we has showed how bad utd are the back if you have a go sadly we intended never to,

Think you'll find its more of an excuse rather than an over reaction.... wait till we play well and the tactics are right, only a hand full of people say anything positive.

No=one moaning about the result but the manner of our performance which frankly was unacceptable.

Losing 4zip at OT was always on the cards, better teams than us will get stuffed there this season. It was the lifeless inept performance that everyones moaning about.

Not being funny here, cos im no harry out man....but i dont think there is a team in the whole country in any of the divisions that we could or would beat away from home with niko, phillips and hoilett starting and playing near on the whole game. How he cant see that astounds me to my toenails.

Spot on ! Was the fact we didn't go near the ball until it was 25-30 yards from our goal!

It's less the result than the way we lost. We didn't string a few passes together or even attempt to retain possession, just hoofed it up top to an isolated Charlie, lost the ball and dropped deep. We looked lost out there, running around after the ball like a bunch of schoolkids..

Redknapp doesn't have any meaningful plan, he's banking on our players being good enough to sort things out themselves, which doesn't work for a team of our stature. We need the team to be more than the sum of its parts. This quote epitomises his 'philosophy' IMO…

Redknapp said: “It’s a simple game and it’s about good players. If you’ve got good, quality people around you then they run the dressing room. Managing is an easy game when you’ve got good players. When you’ve got bad players it’s the hardest job in the world. When you’ve got fantastic professionals it makes the job easy.”

I think Harry decided we were not gonna get anything today so he chucked two unfit fatties (Nico and Sandro) straight into 1st XI to get a bit of game time under their belts. If the team clicks/gels for Stoke game then maybe it was worth it..... however, successive 4-0 hidings on the road heaps masses of pressure on us in the home games; at some point we need to get a bit more "fighty" in an away game and stop being the league's soft touch.

Had he not signed then?....sorry boys i've slept and had other things to think about since then

Bottom line is, awin and other smart a*ses, is this...dutch int can't run, (at least didn't today) can't pass, (ditto) and shows as much effort as a sloth today......how often do you think he has to turn up for £8mill??

Here you go. All the usual excuses, some players still aren't fit; short on quality up top; our keeper hardly had a shot to save; the scoreline flattered them; their goals weren't that good etc etc...

it was awful, we have spent a fair few bob, there was nothing to get you off your seat. I drunk 7 pints of Otter Ale and walked out sober, shocked, but sober
I must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross
I must be guided without a stumble

                            Why couldn't/didn't Harry see this?

How about judging HIM on Spurs away then or 90% of the absolute sh1te I had to spend my hard, earned cash on watching last year then eh ?

He is an absolute chancer & he/we get found out time n time again !

Every Red I've spoken to up here in the last 2 weeks would have settled for a one goal win ........ The set up was defeatist to start with , we had nothing to lose by going in all guns blazing, OR even worse that was us going for it !
Thank fleck I'm flying out of the country in a few hours & don't have to come up with some bullsh1te excuse to everyone I meet in the street !
"Steve, do you think 25k is a good option when there are indications that within four years, new stadiums on average have increased attendances of 60%?
For us that would mean around 29k."

While HR deserves credit when he gets things right, he's gotta take the flak on the chin when he gets it hopelessly wrong (i.e today).
