So Neddy can't play right back anymore?

In my opinion no. He can turn out there, but not play there. It's a terrible error picking SWP before Harriman.

We don't need a right back, we play 3-5-2 remember?
I should probably write something insightful here

At a pinch, Phillips could cover right back and we have a burgeoning midfield that can cope with just about everything.

OK. Even though Phillips hasn't played RB except in the extremity of Hull at home. But why prefer SWP over a dedicated RB when we're short? SWPs started one game in a year; Burton Albion..... He's made two substitution appearances in a year. Harry wants rid of him, but puts him in the squad over a RB when we have only one RB/ RWB...

I suppose he's going out on loan - probably better for his development than getting one or two appearances here.

In all honesty the little fella has won his place on merit. Not been great for rangers but get his mind right and he's a better option than a untested lad.Harriman will get his moment

Quality melt down for absolutely no reason

Rather than getting a big stick out to whack the manager with, why not see it for what it is - as posted by Norths at 11.11am in the 25 (24) man squad thread:-

"Youth players are not required to be named in the 25. All the players i have listed as youth in the OP will be eligible to play throughout the season.

But Ehmer is 22 years old i hear you say. Well, he was 21 at the start of the year and if you're 21 or under on Jan 1st of the year the season begins then you are classed as a youth player".

Then than means that Harriman, born October 1992, being 21 on the 1st January 2014 is classed as a youth player..... Well that's very good news. My bad. But SWP still shouldn't be in the squad..... Wasn't whacking Harry. Just disagreeing with what I thought was his bad decision. Yeah. Lame I know. I'll get me coat.....

But that conflicts with what is on the offy - "Players born on or after January 1st 1993 are classed as under-21 players and are therefore eligible to feature throughout the season despite not being named in the official 25-man squad."

                                I'm confused. Offy says

Players born on or after January 1st 1993 are classed as under-21 players and are therefore eligible to feature throughout the season despite not being named in the official 25-man squad

Harriman was born in October 1992. So he's not eligible? Anyone know? Ehmer is in the squad.
