Absolutely ridiculous that transfer window encroaches into season like it does.... it should have shut night before opening game of season. All this "is he/isn't he" stuff with Remy is no use to anyone really. Still, you get the feeling that those in charge at our club do love a bit of frantic grandstanding to the media whenever possible so a highly public 48hr scramble for a striker will suit their egos a bit I s'pose?

Clause is met, he leaves. Not sure what there is to get so heated about. I don't think he's said a bad word about the club or fans, and he was even willing to play after the bid came in today.
