I think Caulker has settled in well. Of course he arrived earlier and his first few games were in the preseason.

For me Caulker was the MOTM won the ball in the box and also nipped in front a few times and won it on the half way line. two of our chances fell too him and if were being harsh he should have hit target with both but at least he was there to miss them

Got a feeling Spurs are going to do that to a few sides.....Just a bad bad day for us, but we will get better

Cant judge Spurs on todays performance as they faced nil opposition. For as good as they were and we were appalling we actually had four or five proper chances which a proper clinical side would have taken

Phillips first half, Bobby second half and two free headers from Caulker which he put wide. also had goal disallowed for a reason unbeknown to me it was a goal or a pen for handball but ref gave them a free kick

I think a top four side will take Spurs apart there weak at the back

I think the relegated 3 are all quality players as their fans obviously didn't wanna let them go. Caulker especially has been solid in every game so far in my opinion.

gone from quality young hungry players to players who were relegated last season after one game? Spurs will smash a few teams this season I suspect. A terrible performance but no need to panic just yet.

Didn't see any of them play today BUT it seems strange to me that we are setting our hopes on players not good enough to keep their last team up.
( I thought Caulker was great last week )

I was saying the same things when we signed Blackburns Nelson, Hoilet & trying to ( then eventually ) sign Samba ...........

Only 2 games played though, lets hope we get better players than the 1 out of 3 we did last time !

For us that would mean around 29k."

Don't think you can say that they weren't good enough to keep their last team up. You can't single handedly keep a team up no matter how good you are.

3 players @ Blackburn is 27% of the team & 2 players @ Cardiff is 18% of the team surely ?

Not taking into account injuries / number of appearances.
