    Kudos to Stanley
To be fair, peopel were posting on here that ric roc had posted done deal Friday night at 11pm well before stanley made his thread on here.

Henry. Another one simply not good enough and been found badly wanting at this level.

So funny people congratulating themselves on knowing things when Caulker has been dragging on for ever. I think the board has been notable for the lack of inside info.....The last person who had an 'inside source' said it would be announced before noon today. Wrong again.

We also thought Samba would make a huge improvement on the QPR defence in January 2013.

Hopefully Culker will sign today and alongside Ferdinand will make a big improvement to QPR's defending in the Premier League.

After this deal is done, hopefully QPR will sign Remy's and Taarabt's replacements and then a back up keeper to replace Murphy.

Agree, need another very good striker , a midfielder and a reserve keeper and we should be fine then.

Caulker is nothing like samba in all fairness mate, much more graceful. I know what your signing but we have just brought a 22 year old with huge potential. IF this happens later this has to be up there with one of the best signings we have pulled off.
As have said on previous threads, I hope people have written him off because of cardiffs relegation. Look how remy shone through the year we got releagted and townsend. Caulker also was excellent the year he was at swansea alongside williams.
This signing bodes well for future player too, looks like we are buying or certainly after the right sorts imo.

Not sure why we are discussing Morrison. Has just had an operation and won't start the season.

Spot on mate - if we are solid at the back its a good start.

So we are reasonably solid ate back , could struggle for pace depending how quick Caulker is ? Now how do we score goals, last season Charlie popped up with a few and some were pens but the service into the box was appalling so what do we need now ?certainly a decent striker but are Hoillet and Phillips going to be the answer in a much harder league.

                            He's quick fairly quick mate.

I completely agree with you webbie been worried about midfield all year. Hoilett has no end product we really lacked someone who could pick a through ball out so we must rectify this or who ever we bring in up front to join charlie will struggle.
Must say I think a fit phillips and faurlin make a differenc but we definitely need more creative spark.

Still not sure on Phillips mate, his had more poor games than good and before his injury apart from a few occasions was very much like Hoillet.
