Think your reading far too much into it Dave. All business have back up plans and due to the local vermin chucking loads of red tape in the way it looks like it would take forever to get this sorted. If, as TF says, there is potential to develop Harlington, and the owners are on-side, surely it makes sense because it's a) cheaper, b) a familiar area, c) doesn't involve long and protracted legal and political issues and d) logical.

We should go back to old training ground in Ealing Barclays bank. Huge site and could be revamped and reduced costs rather then starting from scratch plus its up for sale I believe

Hope you're right Blue.....It's gone from us owning our own training centre and having the youths and seniors all together to now being tenants.
