I am amazed no one has snapped him up yet as he has shown in two poor sides that he can score goals in the prem imagine him in a side that has the majority of the game week in week out and creates lots of opportunities. The fact he is still with us don't make sense

Rest assured something's happening, but hes been in the world cup up til, this weekend, so a medical and signing is impossible.
Would be pretty sure he will be dealt and gone this week or as soon as the world cup is over.

Steal is an understatement, Darren Bent even went for 16m once upon a time. If I was chairman I would genuinely accept no less than 20m, unless players were involved in a swap deal

Blimey didn't realise that much!! I must be worth at least 4m on that basis! And yeh know what you're saying about agents etc, but if there's no clause active we do not need to sell, so why not play hardball. Remy up top for us is worth a lot more than 8-12million in the bank IMO

Agree but think Remy has been quoted as saying he wants to play CL football. If he's being paid by us then if selected should be playing simple. They're ok signing for big contracts but want to call the shots on when & who they play for, again highlighting the ridiculous player power overshadowing the game.

Precisely that mate. If we needed the dough then it's a different matter, but we shouldn't sell our proven prem quality striker for below value just because HE wants CL football. No chance. Pay what we value him at or sorry Remy lad you do what we pay you to do, play for QPR

I believe you are right, though I think it might not be as simple as that. He obviously had a release clause stating that he could leave if we went down. Since we are again in the premiership, I would think that clause is no longer relevant, but that could be the problem in that nobody knows.

I do not think there is much chance of him not starting if he stays, as whatever his other problems might be, he is a good player and we are unlikely to sign anybody better or even as good.
