Regardless, the tactic they've resorted to is an unsubtle call to arms for QPR fans to put pressure on him (and sadly on social media that comes with lots of abuse), and that leaves a bad taste in the mouth.
If they don't have a legal option to forcibly take the name (and the fact they've taken 12 months to get this far suggests they haven't), and they can't persuade him to donate or sell it, then that's just unfortunate and we move on.
