History has shown in the last 3 years that Championship winners struggle in the Premier and go down (QPR although 2nd season but almost down 1st season, Reading & Cardiff). So Based on this, I think Leicester will go down while us and Burnley will be ok. Technically we have the most Premier League experienced players among the promoted clubs and I also think Burnley have better quality than Leicester to be honest. Simply compare David Nugent v. Danny Ings. The first is past it imo and the latter is hungry to prove himself. Also remember the number of penalties Leicester got in the Championship. They are not going to get that much in the Premier League.

It doesn't matter whether you go up 1st, 2nd or through play offs.
The key is in maintaining team spirit. This is done by adding the right players, but as important as that is setting realistic targets so that team spirit isn't affected when we do lose back to back games.

Sorry Yousef but that is a load of rubbish. Leicester won the league easily and out of the 3 teams promoted have the best chance of staying up if you look at what they already have set up with regards to Stadium, set up behind the scenes with the sports science etc, and no doubt they will have a bit of money to spend.Originally posted by Yousef View PostHistory has shown in the last 3 years that Championship winners struggle in the Premier and go down (QPR although 2nd season but almost down 1st season, Reading & Cardiff). IMO Burnley are nailed on to go down, and if we do not improve our squad a lot we will be joining them. Also be interesting to see how Soton do next season.@chrisrobson9

I think people should wait until the start of the season until before passing judgement on other teams squads.
If anyone is better prepared it's probably us , not due to the players we have but due to the way we play. Being compact , defensive and generally stifling the life out of matches.
If you can hold a match at 0-0 on 70 mins then the game is there to be won. This I feel will be the way we play next season and has made it an easier decision not to renew.

I very much doubt it's going to be an enjoyable season to be honest mate. If we stay up for a few seasons and the football hasn't improved at all, then I would start to get a bit peeved.Originally posted by W12_Ranger View PostOh yeah definitely , doesn't mean it's going to be enjoyable football though. wouldn't be surprised to see us dubbed 'the new stoke' by the end of the seasonOriginally posted by Ginger Ninja View PostI very much doubt it's going to be an enjoyable season to be honest mate. What if you hold a match 0-0 with 10 men for 90 minutes?Originally posted by W12_Ranger View PostI think people should wait until the start of the season until before passing judgement on other teams squads.
Very good point, it's too early to predict!
