who says we'd offer them 100 k a week? we've learnt our lessons that aint going to happen. They could retire now if they wanted, if they play on it will be because they love football.
Incentive based contracts will be offered and if they dont want to know we aint going to be held to ransom this time and I honestly believe that.

Lampard and Rio,if Harry is serious about getting them, should not be offered more than a 12 month contract, but i fear the worst with our track record.

Mate your spot on and I honestly cant see us offering more than 12 month deals. It would be pretty scary place for us as fans if they start handing out two or three year contracts out to the likes of rio or lampard but just cant see it happening.

We hold the cards this time and we dont need to panic. We got the whole summer to do business and if players dont want to play for us on the deals we offer we go elsewhere. Simple as that.

I think we have a great manager and a even better chairman. Plus im hoping our mistakes will be the making of us.

we need to stop getting these OAPs on a freebie, we're asking for relegation.

surely paying 5M for a 25 year old with resale value on 25k a week beats paying 36 year old Ferdinand 70k a week? no?

            arry is a poison

So boring isn't it. So devastated that he poisoned us with Dunne Aswell, clearly Harry knows nothing

Frank Lampard is still a class player - and he will defo put a shift in because of his uncle.

And I know that everyone is going mad about the youth thing....... but at the end of the day you need quality seasoned pro's like fat Frank to have half a chance in the PL.

I think the team will still need that veteran presence. I just don't think Hill and Dunne can do the steady job in the Prem that they have done this year in the Championship. I am fine with a few veteran signings here and there, but no overpriced ones.

hill and dunne deserve another chance but we will get punished next season if they are both in the starting 11.

Yeah. Hill and Dunne would get skinned. I think Clint knows that though............

We have gotta get a balance of youth and experience. We will get slaughtered just having young championship lads.

                              is the right answer.

We desperately need pace pretty much throughout and some young blood. I'd love to see Paul Clement brought in early doors alongside HR so we can start addressing the massive personnel problem without resorting to more old lags whose legs have gone.

One massive plus from Saturday is how thoroughly exposed we were for a good hour. If we learn the lesson we have a chance.
