Didn't this thread start off as "Park is coming back 100%" and now it's "Official - Park is retiring"?

Surely changing the title half way through just serves to confuse the whole conversation going on in it?

Would be great if Park stayed with the club and helped with improving it.

Seeing that Park is already involved with youth development in his home country and most likely with the SK national team this upcoming World Cup, his connection with QPR, wishes to live in Europe, speaks English better than Dutch, QPR and London should be a good option when/if he decides he still want to work with football.

Well, leaving it as "he is returning" is no longer true. I though it only right and proper that all his fans knew he was retiring so they could pay their respects. No real confusion Lunar = someone wrongly thought he was coming back, the Ji made his announcement and I changed it so the title is accurate

Not bitter at all mate, just sick of our club being a final payday for used to be decent footballers. Park was exceptionally bad for this club, along with just about everyone else signed by Mark Hughes. Why any fan would want him here is beyond me..............but then again I guess that you are a bigger fan of Park that you are of the club so you wouldn't know what I'm talking about!

This is fantastic news for our club. Getting another waste of space has been. Off the wage book along with mbia.

Stop it. Who gives a **** about Park what he's done or did. It wasn't in a QPR shirt so who actually cares.

No he didn't, your press lied. It's in their interests to post complimentary articles about a national hero- it's good for the number of "hits" they get on their material, and it's good for the country to believe their icon is wanted.
Park was never offered another contract either, this is a complete fabrication. The site below is fully accurate and up to date:

Ji-sung Park ➤ former footballer from Korea, South ➤ Attacking Midfield ➤ last club: Queens Park Rangers ➤ * 25/02/1981 in Seoul, Korea, South

                                "Contract Expires: 30.06.2014 "

Believe the English press, because it's unbiased when it comes to Park. There no necessity for them to make Park seem more important than he is. Trust me, if he were being offered an extension, this story would be being jumped all over. English media love making QPR seem over extravagant and lavish in their spending, so if there were any truthful Hint that a total flop of a player were being offered an extended contract, it'd be in every paper.
