Now is the time to Rest Players

I was dead against resting players against Leicester as there was still business to be done securing 4th spot but now that has happened and Barnsley have gone down next week is a dead rubber and therefore the ideal time to rest players to avoid injuries and suspensions (if they still count)

So anyone making the journey next week I think you should do it in the knowledge its likely to be a totally different Rangers side to what we consider full strength

Harry needs to give the youngsters a go, like you say meaningless game
I must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross
I must be guided without a stumble
Into the arms I love the most

our main problem this season has been a lack of continuity, we have only named an unchanged team on 3 occasions. I think we need momentum going into the play offs...start with our strongest team.

Fair point 3L but that should have been occurring from Feb/Mar time were not going to get momentum from one game. Keep the squad fit in my book don't risk key players

For me and I never thought I would say this at the start of the season but the key player to get fit, wrap in cotton wool and keep fit for three games is Traore we miss his pace on the wing we need to move heaven and earth to get him on the pitch for all three play off games

What about Petrasso, Davidson, Yun Suk?? The team you picked would lose about 3-0

For the play offs I'd pick the following if they're fit:

                  Green

                  Simpson Onouha Hill Yun

                  Barton Jenas

                  Hoilett Morrison Traore

                  Austin

In which case I'd rest the lot for a meaningless game at Barnsley. To those who want to see a full strength side at Barnsley, why risk injury to key players we will need for the important games? I accept the point made about momentum, but the risk is too high.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

Same Team Rich that I would go with there is an argument to start with Yossi over Hoillett given Yossi's work rate and how well Hoillet has done recently coming off the bench

Good point, was a good servant to the club in his first few seasons here and would be nice to see him get a last run out, same with SWP purely because of his winner at the bridge.

Would also be nice to see Yun, Donaldson and Petrasso get a start.

Maybe even one of the young GKs as well.

But its Harry in charge so much of that is unlikely.

We had 46 games to improve our game and it's still not good,so if we rest our key players at Barnsley it won't do harm our"momentum". Like Joey said on LCI that the team who wants it most will go up,not the best team. We must be ready mentally,it's more important than anything in the play-offs,so give old heads a rest and turn focus to play offs

                          My team

                          Murphy

                          Hughes Onuohan Donaldson Yun

                          Petrasso Henry O'Neil Hoilett

                          Morrison

                          Maiga/Keane

Give Stan a game. Anyone who goes next week is the most die hard fan we have. Both clubs would cancel it if it was allowed. Will be a really strange game with neither club hiving a shite, but us giving a lot less a shite than them though. Doyle needs game time so he will deffo play, not sure anout anyone else though

Decent side although always a worry re Traore who gets injured on a seemingly weekly basis. Having said that there is no way clueless will not play Dunne and doesn't seem to like Holliet so we are probably hoping against hope for that team.
