If I was manager I would have kept him in our squad this season and have him play every match to help us get automatic promotion. Could not care less what he feels about playing in the Championship and if he tried throwing a hissy fit and undeperform I'd fine him one months' wages for starters. Pathetic primadonnas, they are under contract and must do their job. Shipping them to higher-tier clubs after relegation only further inflates their bloated egos.Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:

How and why did I start supporting QPR in Estonia:

I note the word "if" here. It doesn't seem that anyone really knows if there's a buyout clause or not...Harry Redknapp - The chances of us keeping him are not great if he's got a buy-out clause.

Suarez had a buy out clause too, but the Liverpool owner said he ignored it because these contracts are practically worthless.
Even if Remy has a buy out clause I would like to think that the QPR owners would take the same stance and say 'if you want Remy pay £15-20M'
QPR need the money, so they should push to get as much as they can for him and any other players they are going to have to sell when they fail to win promotion rather than sell for whatever is offered.Comment

I noted that too.
I also noted this:
“He’s a scorer, and with the right team pushing to get in the top four, he’s capable of getting 20 goals. If I say he’s worth £20m, and his buy-out clause is £10m or whatever, then it’s difficult.”
Obviously £20m is the number HR has in mind.
Others are harsher towards him than I am. I don't blame the guy for wanting to play at the highest level and don't think he owes us anything. He played well for us and if he doesn't come back I wish him well and we move on, with £20m+ in our pockets, I hope.'Only a Ranger!' cried Gandalf. BY all accounts buy out clauses aren't worth a tommy anyway.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.Comment
