If I was manager I would have kept him in our squad this season and have him play every match to help us get automatic promotion. Suarez had a buy out clause too, but the Liverpool owner said he ignored it because these contracts are practically worthless.

Even if Remy has a buy out clause I would like to think that the QPR owners would take the same stance and say 'if you want Remy pay £15-20M'

QPR need the money, so they should push to get as much as they can for him and any other players they are going to have to sell when they fail to win promotion rather than sell for whatever is offered.
