What kills me is that Tony had the chance to buy a striker in January (Rhodes etc) but decided to go with loans and save a few million. I know he has put in a lot of his own money so far but wouldn't it have made more sense to put in that extra 6 million to guarantee premier league football and a better return on his initial investment? Bad business imho.

You're assuming that certain players were available and wanted to come. Clubs fail to sign some of their targets all the time.Originally posted by Wegerle1882 View PostWhat kills me is that Tony had the chance to buy a striker in January (Rhodes etc) but decided to go with loans and save a few million. Hows he getting on by the way? Is he ripping the league apart and scoring for fun like our main striker does when not injured?Originally posted by Hitman34 View Postnakhi wells?
