Under Football League rules, any director or investor who owns more than 30 per cent of the club has to pass a fit-and-proper person test.

The following points prohibit a party from being involved with a Football League club:

* Anyone subject to a ban from a sports governing body relating to the administration of that sport.

At last he shows his true self. I personally hope the FA banish him and more importantly his ego from W12 faster than Alonsos Renault! Of course I dont want us to go backwards but more importantly I want a respectable owner that in turn wants a real manager and not a string of yes men that ultimately (and quite rightly) couldnt even do that!
