I have used them many times for top Bundesliga games, including Bayern. The prices are good and the service reliable.

After the extortionist fees they charge the very least they can do is make sure the exchange actually works.

They are ticket touts. And the club should be ashamed of themselves for making this the only way that season ticket holders can re-sell their tickets.
