To make a case Warnock would have to show "serious harm" to his reputation which in his case might be hard to establish, so the bar has been raised significantly from what you used to be able to sue for.

Also runs the risk of other people coming forward to corroborate the practise, so all in all not very clear cut. I reckon very little of substance will happen here.
