Its not stupid at all, its good management of a young player, had a great spell at Crewe now lets see if he can keep that confidence going at Rotherham , put him in the qpr side if he dont score in 2 games you'll all be on message boards screaming he is to young and shouldn't be playing!!

We technically do have 3 fit strikers atm. Even if they include Zamora and Johnson lol. Again I don't think Harry would let him go if something else wasn't imminent.
The best point made so far in my opinion is if this lad is good enough how comes we aren't seeing other championship clubs come in for him.
It's better for the lad to be out loan gaining real experience than be on our bench or reserves.

No doubt any young player going out on loan can only be good for that players developement, However why loan him today when we could have him on the bench at Ipswich? It is not as though we are spoilt in the striking department. A fit Hitchcock for 20 mins or a very unfit and crocked Zamora? And because we have not signed a striker 10 days into the window that is the choice we are left with.
