Dear Tony
I attach my receipt following your kind gesture to refund all costs following our poor performance at Goodison.
Many thanks, you are the best chairman ever ...

If the manager had deliberately picked an under par team then that should be announced before a match so fans can make up their minds to go or not.
Harry did announce that five players would be rested, and he put out a good side.
Hand on heart, did anyone really think we would get a result yesterday??Leave a comment:
Didn't watch the Everton game, but from readings it looks like we had a really terrible game with no shots on target.
Someone tweeted his dad spend 200 quid. Really sad.
The clubs must refund the fans part of their spending from players wages.
Tough!....You pay your money and you take your chances with football..........never heard such rubbish!
What's "really sad" is that some individual actually thinks in those terms.
it was Everton for focks sake. A team who are in fantastic form and are 5th in one off, if not the toughest leagues in the word.
If you look at the prediction thread for this game everyone new it was going to be a high score against us. Lets move on and concentrate on the championship.Leave a comment:

The club can't go refunding fans every time the team has a disappointing result Yousef. The fans who travelled yesterday did so in the knowledge that they going to a side in the top 5 in the Premiership. Fair play to every single one of them but there can't have too many expecting us to do well up there!Last edited by Tarbie; 05-01-2014, 07:45 PM.Leave a comment:

Very well put, some fans are like spoilt little kids.Wow, get a grip. Everton are one of the best sides in the country, far better teams than us will get beaten there this season.
When we won at Stamford Bridge should the club have billed us double price? Why not? Or should we hae gone to every game last year for free?
We're fans, or SUPPORTERS, not consumers. Stop treating this like a shopping trip.Leave a comment:

Anybody who went all the way to scouseland in that terrible weather yesterday for a moody fa cup game is a hardcore fanatic. They didnt go to see us win, they knew we would lose, we never get past the third round and they had no idea if we were playing the reserves or not, but they still travelled. They do not expect a refund id expect, as they are addicts and would go no matter what.Leave a comment:
