As much as it pains me to say it, he needs to get the odd game so that potential buyer's can see what he can do. With his price tag and wages people wont want to pay going on "what he's done" they want to see what he can do now.

Well Rob Green had a bit of an dodgy start to his rangers career and as is the way with th emajoirty of our fans, after 2 poor performances everyone wanted him out! this was in the days where TF was a crowd pleaser and seemed to listen too much, so we went and got another keeper.Originally posted by TBLOCKRANGER View PostYes I agree, unless a club comes in for a loan signing but keepers as good and high profile as him would need to play and not many teams would want to unsettle their existing goal keeping position or defence for just a few months. In that way a goalkeeper is much more difficult to loan out then out field players.
I never understood why after we purchased Green, such a purchase was dreamt up and authorised by the club, it was bizarre at the time and you reap what you sow.
I just can't dislike Cesar as I do other acquisitions under the Hughes regime.
